Welcome to HALO Salt Lounge! By entering and utilizing our facilities, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HALO Salt Lounge's services. By accessing this lounge, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use HALO Salt Lounge if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Reservation Refund and Return Policy

 

This sessions are valid for the given recipient for 1 calendar year from the date of purchase. There are no refunds on purchases. The reservations can be transferred to another recipient of choice if not able to participate in the session. Reservations do not have an in-store cash value, unless purchased under the Gift Card Tab. All Reservations can be used at any of our hosted spaces, or future locations. If their are any complications, only the purchaser can rectify with a HALO Salt Lounge Manager or Guest Services Associate

Liability Waiver

 

HALO Salt Lounge provides salt therapy, rest rest therapy and relaxation services. While we strive to create a safe and beneficial environment, we are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after your visit. Guests utilize our services at their own risk.

Specifically, HALO Salt Lounge is not liable for:

• Any pre-existing medical conditions aggravated by salt therapy.

• Any allergic reactions to salt or other materials used in the lounge.

• Any injuries sustained due to slips, falls, or misuse of equipment.

• Loss of personal belongings.​

We do take the consideration to notate any conditions that you provide us in the "Notes" area when reserving or via email, or through our text portal.

 

Identification Requirement

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and the business, HALO Salt Lounge may require all patrons to present a valid form of government-issued photo identification upon request. This policy is in place to:

• Verify the age of guests where applicable.

• Prevent unauthorized access to the premises.

• Assist in identifying individuals in the event of an incident.

• Protect against fraudulent activities.

Failure to provide valid identification when requested may result in denial of entry or expulsion from the premises.

Responsibility for Damages

​

Guests are responsible for any and all damages they cause to the property of HALO Salt Lounge, both inside and outside of the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to equipment, furniture, fixtures, and landscaping. The cost of repair or replacement of damaged items will be the sole responsibility of the guest causing the damage.

HALO Salt Lounge reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages caused by guests.
